Night Auditor

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management systems such as Stay Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service through phone etiquette and client communication skills
- Monitor hotel security cameras, conduct routine safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety
- Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and update property management systems accurately
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly through customer service problem-solving techniques, and maintain positive guest relations
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information while managing front desk operations during overnight hours
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any room or facility issues that arise during the night shift
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management roles with familiarity in hotel experience standards
- Knowledge of hospitality reservation systems such as Stay or similar property management software (PMS)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
- Excellent phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system handling and phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and resort experience is a plus
- Previous experience working with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and customer service problem-solving techniques
