Raising Solo is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Newburgh, New York. We serve solo mothers, fathers, and grandparents raising children on their own throughout Orange County and the surrounding Hudson Valley.

Mission. Fostering support for all solo parents by providing inclusive support, vital resources, and meaningful community connections.

Vision. To redefine the parenting experience by creating a society where every parent doing it alone has the opportunity to thrive, break barriers, and build lasting connections that transform their lives and the futures of their children.

Purpose. To stand beside solo parents with empathy and strength, helping them feel seen, supported, and equipped to lead empowered lives for themselves and their children.
