As the President of the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), Meredith brings a wealth of experience cultivated over years of dedicated service in healthcare, marketing, professional development, and the nonprofit sector.

Her commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of neurodivergent individuals and those with disabilities led her to join IBCCES, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing its mission to support and empower professionals in healthcare, education, hospitality and tourism, public safety, and corporate sectors.

Beyond her executive role, she is a passionate advocate who has shared the need and impacts of IBCCES’ work on a global stage at numerous industry conferences and summits. Meredith’s commitment to fostering positive change aims at creating environments where everyone can thrive, enhancing accessibility and the quality of life for all community members.

What is neurodiversity, and why is it important to address the needs of this underserved and underrecognized portion of the workforce? Statistically, every business in every industry employs neurodivergent individuals, but most are under-employed, regularly unemployed, or not managed effectively. This session will discuss the data, impacts, and practices behind attracting and retaining talent that is neurodiverse.
